What s great site/app to get a laugh, a look at beautiful women and good feels about awesome charity work done by the Chive community. Not to mention the support for military, veterans and first responders - Dig It!

Is there a way to delete the cache the app uses in IOS without deleting the app. Chive is using 3 GB of storage on my phone and so far the only way to clear its usage is by killing the app. It would be nice to have an option to free up space.

Old faithful. Runs smooth and brings the giggles and gals.

The content on the chive is great but the ads are ruining it and making me think about deleting it. It use to be ads would pop up getting in and out of posts which was fine but now ads will pop up in the middle of gallerys.. start playing videos and you will close it out and just a couple pictures later the same ad will do it again. Extremely annoying and getting to point of intolerable

A little too extensive and therefore overwhelming. Not easy to get to where you want to go or find what you want to find. May be a little over designed. Still love the Chive but this needs some simplification.

I browse theCHIVE daily and the app is definitely preferred over the mobile website. I am addicted to the content. However, each new version of this app seems to be designed mainly to support more and more advertisements without increasing functionality. Sure, the user interface gets tweaked with each revision but not for the better. It is littered with false posts that are actually ads, pop-ups, and an ever-present banner along the bottom. This is on top of the sponsored content and promotion of their own merchandise. If I ever abandon theCHIVE, it will be because the ads have become overwhelming. At this rate that will probably happen with the next update. Lastly, there seems to be a complete absence of fact-checking and most of the editors lack grammatical skills and/or the patience to proofread. We should expect more from people who get paid to write. I understand that theCHIVE is not the New York Times, but really, we should be more responsible about the "information" that we spread and fight the erosion of the English language.

If that God-damned Gillette commercial plays one more time, Im deleting the app!!

Love the content and much is to be said for the categories. Beautiful ladies and funny pics and vids. Frustrating connectivity and locking. I must be addicted since I keep coming back.

So annoyed!!! I used to love the app and was a daily chiver. Ive had the app since it first came to the App Store probably 5 years ago. And even paid for the plus version back then.. But now the adds and bullcrap pop ups make it not worth using and not enjoyable anymore.. The last week or two I have not been able to watch a single video or anything without the stupid gillette Star Wars add on the bottom taking over all sound on my phone... If nothing else please at least remove that one. Until then I will no longer use the app, due to the fact that it is a constant fight with the adds... And It is no longer fun, just a headache... So disappointed!!

Amazing

The app is great and theres awesome content. It has a lot of articles that are interesting. This app would be better to some users if you could buy off those annoying ads. Maybe a friendly budget where you could remove the ads for a year and renew your subscription every year or just remove them period. Hope you guys could add this feature in a future version.

Broken star wars ads, every single video has ads, I dont mind if you want to support your app, but it is unusable at this point.

It shuts off randomly on IOS and you have to go to the web for a few posts. Between shutting of randomly and not being able to stay in the app, it has become a once a day thing instead of keeping myself on it several times a day.
